Hi! I’m Caitlin

For more than 15 years, I have designed and led change strategies in businesses across the globe; grown phenomenal teams; and served organizations large and small as an organizational change, internal communication, and operations leader.

Now, as the founder of Commcoterie, I help leaders of purpose-driven companies and nonprofits design and implement organizational change management and stakeholder communication strategies that help them achieve their missions and visions.
