We help leaders ideate, navigate, and communicate change
Our clients are purpose-driven companies and nonprofits who have change on the horizon and want to do it right
They know that more effective and engaging change strategies can help their organization reduce its operating costs, increase employee engagement, and build long-term change capabilities.
We help our clients uncover and untangle challenges, design people-centered strategies, and create compelling communication that engages stakeholders internally and externally for long-lasting change.
From quick pulse check advising to make sure your DIY strategy is heading in the right direction to done-with-you long-term engagements, our mission is to help your organization achieve yours.
The leaders we work with care deeply about their teams and know that proactive, thoughtful, and strategic change is better for the business and everyone who works toward its mission.
What kinds of change?
Any and all. A few of our favorite projects have been in the areas of:
Leadership transitions and reorgs
Growing and scaling products and teams
Mission, values, branding, and culture defining and amplifying
Strategic planning and implementation
Employee surveys, assessments, and readouts
Launching products, services, or new areas of business
Return-to-office, hybrid work, and office moves
DEIBA and culture transformations
New systems, processes, and tech rollouts
How we work
Our clients need support defining challenges, ideating solutions, designing strategies, implementing them, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Most clients work with us for a minimum of three months so that we can truly uncover everything we need to know to design impactful solutions that will get them a clear ROI, but we also offer shorter engagements if the needs are clear and budgets are tight.
We scale strategies up and down depending on the type of change and the size of organization, and our pricing structure is designed to support small and midsize companies and nonprofits who are working to make the world a better place.
Our approach to change is people-centered, scalable, replicable, and teachable. When it comes to navigating change, consider us part of your team.
No confusing jargon or clunky strategy binders here. The way we tackle change is designed for the way organizations actually change, and leaves organizations better-equipped to take on future changes.
And through our partnership, the leaders we work with become confident in their skills and ability to lead change at their organizations long-term.
Want to work together?
Awesome! Here are the next steps:
-
1. Get in touch
You can do that at the button down below.
Give us a little background information, but don’t feel obligated to explain everything through our contact form; we’ll dig in during our call. -
2. Tell us about your team
We’ll set up a 30-minute call to discover what’s happening on your end and, if we think we might be able to help, we’ll share more details about how we work.
We’ll also talk about what ballpark pricing looks like and what your expectations are as far as what you want to be able to invest in this work. Plus you can ask us any questions you might have. -
3. Draft a proposal
We’ll take your challenges and goals and draft a proposal that captures everything you said.
It will also outline the approach we think will make the biggest impact to get your team and your org where you want them to be. -
4. Get aligned
We want you to make your mark on this proposal. It’s for our work together, and we need to ensure we fully captured everything you said and everything you need, so we’ll meet for another 30 minutes to go over it in detail.
After any last updates, we’ll get the finalized version turned around real quick so we can get to the good part.
-
5. Work together!
Once we all sign on the dotted line, we’ll reconfirm timelines, deliverables, and invoicing.
We make this as seamless as possible so we can get started tackling your challenges with you.
This is just the beginning, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
What it’s like to work with us:
“Prior to working with Commcoterie, we had pretty open communication, but being a remote team comprised of both employees and contractors, our managing partners wanted to make specific improvements that enabled employees to share their communication styles with each other and bolstered our expanding culture of inclusivity and all team members feeling enabled to create organizational change.”
“Working with Commcoterie shined a spotlight on how I plan and deliver my communications to the team and provided easily implementable improvements. I embraced confident vulnerability. When designing an employee growth process, I asked the employee to indicate if they wanted to receive their manager's feedback first in writing or verbally. As a team, we acknowledged subtle and important differences in how we communicate with employees and contractors, and discussed the differences together.”
“Talking with Caitlin is like talking to an old friend. She is kind, funny, and gives you her full attention. We will absolutely seek Commcoterie out for additional support.”
