Ready to develop a coaching culture at your organization?

How effective would your organization be if everyone had a coaching mindset?

If everyone could listen with openness and empathy, ask the right questions, and guide another person to devise their own actions and solutions?

It doesn’t take complicated models, years of training, or special certifications to develop a coaching mindset in your everyday life.

Anyone can incorporate coaching communication techniques into their everyday conversations, and it all starts with peer coaching

Our peer coaching program lays the foundation for engaging communication and effective conversations

We’ve helped thousands of people learn how to use coaching communication techniques in their everyday conversations, leaving their advice-giving and micromanaging days behind and instead inspiring their peers to formulate their own solutions and take action.

Our program teaches participants the exact skills they can use to make their next conversation a coaching conversation and provides a simple framework of questions anyone can use to coach anyone else over a cup of coffee.

Developing a Coaching Mindset with Peer Coaching

Half-day / 4-hour program

This program includes everything in the 90-minute workshop, plus longer modules for the three main topic areas that differentiate a typical 1:1 or mentor meeting from a coaching conversation: great coaching questions, the art of active listening and why we refrain from giving advice in coaching conversations, and how to move from identifying the problem or barrier to articulating a SMARTER goal.

Attendees will also have one hour to match up for peer coaching to test the skills they’ve learned and we’ll have a debrief meeting after the peer coaching matchups to talk about what worked.

FAQs

  • Absolutely. In-person, remote, or hybrid—doesn’t matter. Peer coaching is a way to foster deep interpersonal connections, encouraging networking and collaboration in an organic way that centers the business while forging bonds between employees, regardless of team or timezone.

  • Often, mentorship programs fail or fizzle out for three reasons: the conversations don’t add value to the participants, there are too many mentees and not enough mentors, or there are too many scheduling conflicts to gain momentum.

We have supplemented, complemented, or replaced mentorship programs—we’ll work with your team to figure out which is best for you.

Regardless of the path you take, peer coaching will teach both mentors and mentees how to share their expertise, ask good questions, and create actionable goals. And because the coaching communication techniques we use make conversations more effective, making progress in your mentorship matchups will take less time and have more of an impact.

  • Absolutely not. We work with your existing systems to do what’s best for your team. All time and energy is dedicated to learning coaching communication tools and implementing them in your daily conversations. No new systems. No half-completed profiles. No complicated match-ups. Just applicable skills organically integrated into your teams’ day-to-day.

  • We’d love to! Let’s jump on a call. We’d love to hear all about your team and we can answer any questions you have.

“Coaching is unlocking people’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”
— Coaching pioneer Sir John Whitmore

Are you a service provider looking to add peer coaching to your leadership, management, or mentorship program?

Your clients love your offerings, but when it comes to putting your valuable teachings into practice, things seem to fizzle out. No matter how many breakout sessions you organize or actionable takeaways you deliver, the information doesn’t seem to stick with attendees.

Enter peer coaching.

Building a peer coaching module into your leadership, management, or mentorship program will give attendees the tools they need to put your information into practice.

Using your area of expertise as their coaching topic, peer pairs will make the most out of breakout sessions or meetups in between your modules to have powerful peer coaching conversations to help one another integrate your teachings into their worklives and help one another solve their own problems.

If this sounds like you, tell us more about your offerings and we can talk about how peer coaching can help.
