    We’ll take your challenges and goals and draft a proposal that captures everything you said.

    It will also outline the approach we think will make the biggest impact to get your team and your org where you want them to be.

  • 4. Get aligned

    We want you to make your mark on this proposal. It’s for our work together, and we need to ensure we fully captured everything you said and everything you need, so we’ll meet for another 30 minutes to go over it in detail.

    After any last updates, we’ll get the finalized version turned around real quick so we can get to the good part.

  • 5. Work together!

    Once we all sign on the dotted line, we’ll reconfirm timelines, deliverables, and invoicing.
